BKJ Architecture Selected by Florida DMS
The Department of Management Services, Division of Real Estate Development and Management announces that the selection committee has recommended to the Secretary of the Department that approval be granted to negotiate and enter into contracts for Architectural Services in accordance with the Consultants Competitive Negotiation Act (CCNA) with the five firms listed below as number one (1), number two (2), number three (3), number four (4), and number five (5). The Secretary of the Department intends to act on this recommendation after expiration of the seventy-two (72) hour notice period. Failure to file a protest within the time prescribed in Section 120.57 (3), Florida Statutes, shall constitute a waiver of proceedings under Chapter 120, Florida Statutes. 1.
